Service Description

Duration: 60 minutes $160 (price includes document drop off for shipping *you must provide shipping label*, travel, printing up to 400 pages and notarizing up to two signers. Scan back requests will incur an additional fee of $15. Printing over 400+ pages will incur an additional fee of $40.) Travel Fee Disclosure: A minimum Travel fee of $45 (varies upon location) is included in the price of each individual appointment however if the appointment cannot be completed for ANY reason, the notarization fee will not be charged but the travel fee will still be due. A Refinance is the process of taking out a new loan to pay off one or more outstanding loans. Borrowers usually refinance in order to receive lower interest rates, reduce their monthly payment amount or to cash out any existing equity in the property. For debtors struggling to pay off their loans, refinancing can also be used to get a longer loan term with lower monthly payments. Need this service? Book it! ***You or your Escrow/Title Agent will need to email your refinance documents directly to us at so we can print it out for the appointment or you will need to print them yourself and have the documents ready upon arrival. Be sure to request a return shipping label for the documents from your Escrow/Title Agent. IMPORTANT: Each signer must have a valid unexpired form of ID present at the appointment or it will be canceled and a travel fee will be due, printed copies or pictures will not be accepted. If the signer(s) do not have a valid form of ID then they may provide two credible witnesses (whom must have a valid form of ID) known personally by them to verify their identity at the appointment.
