Service Description

Duration: 30 minutes $175 (price includes travel and notarizing up to two signatures.) Travel Fee Disclosure: A minimum Travel fee of $45 (varies upon location) is included in the price of each individual appointment however if the appointment cannot be completed for ANY reason, the notarization fee will not be charged but the travel fee will still be due. A Power of Attorney is a written authorization to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter. The person authorizing the other to act is the principal, grantor, or donor. Two witnesses are required whom are not related to the principal nor a beneficiary to the principal’s estate. Need this service? Book it! IMPORTANT: Please ensure all documents needing to be notarized are filled out in its entirety and that there are no lines left blank, with the exception of the signature line. Each signer must have a valid unexpired form of ID present at the appointment or it will be canceled and a travel fee will be due, printed copies or pictures will not be accepted. If the signer(s) do not have a valid form of ID then they may provide two credible witnesses (whom must have a valid form of ID) known personally by them to verify their identity at the appointment.
