Service Description

Duration: 60 minutes $225 (price includes document drop off for shipping *you must provide shipping label*, travel, printing up to 400 pages and notarizing up to two signers. Scan back requests will incur an additional fee of $15. Printing over 400+ pages will incur an additional fee of $40.) Travel Fee Disclosure: A minimum Travel fee of $45 (varies upon location) is included in the price of each individual appointment however if the appointment cannot be completed for ANY reason, the notarization fee will not be charged but the travel fee will still be due. An Inmate Notarization is when a notary public travels to a Detention Center or Prison to physically meet with a currently incarcerated inmate that is in need of notary services – normally contacted and arranged by a loved one or agent. An inmate ID issued by the CA Department of Corrections is required at signing. Need this service? Book it! ***You or an Agent acting on behalf of the inmate must email all documents needing to be signed and notarized to us at customer.service@prettynink.net so that we can print them and a return shipping label must be provided for prompt return of the signed documents. If documents are unable to be emailed then you will need to overnight them before the date of the appointment to the notary’s address – please make note of this during booking so you can be provided with the shipping address. If you are local within the service area (see FAQ) then document pick-up is also available for no additional cost, make note of this during booking. IMPORTANT: Each signer must have a valid unexpired form of ID present at the appointment or it will be canceled and a travel fee will be due, printed copies or pictures will not be accepted. If the signer(s) do not have a valid form of ID then they may provide two credible witnesses (whom must have a valid form of ID) known personally by them to verify their identity at the appointment.
