Service Description

Duration: 30 minutes $60 (price includes $15 for a single notarized signature and a $45 travel fee. A $15 fee will be added for each additional notarized signature.) Travel Fee Disclosure: A minimum Travel fee of $45 (varies upon location) is included in the price of each individual appointment however if the appointment cannot be completed for ANY reason, the notarization fee will not be charged but the travel fee will still be due. This service is for those that need a basic notary acknowledgment and/or jurat for their document(s). This can be for documents such as: Applications, Bank Documents, Childs Visa, Adoption Paperwork, Vehicle Titles, Land Title, Grant Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, Affidavits, Declarations, Letters of Explanation, Identity Verification, I-9 Verification and much more! An Acknowledgment is an official notary certificate where the signer, whose identity has been verified, declares to the Notary or a notarial officer that he/she has received and willingly signed a document however the signer does not declare the document to be true/accurate. A Jurat is an official notary certificate where the signer, whose identity has been verified, while in the presence of a Notary or notarial officer swears or affirms to the truthfulness/accuracy of a document by signing it. IMPORTANT: Please ensure all documents needing to be notarized are filled out in its entirety and that there are no lines left blank, with the exception of the signature line. Each signer must have a valid unexpired form of ID present at the appointment or it will be canceled and a travel fee will be due, printed copies or pictures will not be accepted. If the signer(s) do not have a valid form of ID then they may provide two credible witnesses (whom must have a valid form of ID) known personally by them to verify their identity at the appointment.
